✅ Changes
- Changes for size or reference are accepted within a maximum period of 15 días calendario after receiving the order.
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility (unless the error was ours).
🔁 Returns
- We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
- The maximum period to request a refund is 15 business days after receiving the product.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will refund your money or send you a new product, depending on the case.
